Humble Yourself
Sometimes the Lord will let us drop what is precious to us, not to take it away, but to teach us how to humble ourselves to truly receive it. Like when you I had to get on me knees and even on my face to reach a prayer coin I had dropped, it had rolled under a chair all the way up against the wall and getting on one knee just wouldn’t do —God was showing me that the things that matter most often require us to bow low before Him.
The Word says, “Humble yourselves before Adonai, and he will lift you up”(James 4:10, CJB).
True humility is not weakness—it’s strength under submission. It’s the posture that unlocks heaven’s favor. So today, if something feels out of reach, maybe God is inviting you lower. Get on your knees, bow your heart, and you’ll find what’s truly important.
