Spiritual Reset

Scripture (CJB):

“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.”

—Romans 12:2 (CJB)

Reflection:

There are moments when life gets noisy—busy schedules, heavy responsibilities, lingering worries, and quiet compromises that slowly pull our hearts off center. Before we realize it, we’re running on empty, reacting instead of responding, surviving instead of abiding.

A spiritual reset isn’t about fixing everything at once. It’s about returning to the Source. It’s about pausing long enough to say, “Lord, realign my heart with Yours.” Just like a reset restores a device to proper function, time with God restores clarity, peace, and purpose to our souls.

God is not asking you to be perfect—He’s inviting you to be present. When we surrender our distractions, habits, and burdens to Him, He renews our minds and resets our direction.

Encouragement:

If you feel off track, weary, or distant, don’t be discouraged. A reset is always one prayer away. Step back into His presence today. Let Him quiet the noise, reorder your priorities, and remind you who you are and whose you are.

“Come to me, all of you who are tired and burdened, and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28, CJB)

I guess God knew I’d need this today, the 7th instead of yesterday when I was written.
