WHO HELPED MOVE YOUR SEED?
Scripture:
“I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God made it grow.”
— 1 Corinthians 3:6 (CJB)
Reflection:
None of us got to where we are on our own.
If you really take a moment and look back, you’ll see that God used people along the way—sometimes in big ways, sometimes in small, almost unnoticed moments—to help move you.
Someone spoke truth when you needed it.
Someone prayed for you when you didn’t even know it.
Someone showed you grace when you didn’t deserve it.
Someone challenged you, corrected you, or simply refused to give up on you.
They didn’t plant the whole story.
They didn’t carry the whole burden.
But they played a part.
That’s how God works.
One plants.
Another waters.
Another comes along and helps pull you out of the thorns.
Another nudges you off the road and into good soil.
And through it all… God brings the growth.
So today, don’t just think about where your seed is—
Take a moment to recognize who helped move it.
And then ask yourself something even deeper:
Who is God calling me to help move today?
Because just like someone once stepped into your life at the right moment…
You may be that moment for someone else.
Encouragement:
Be grateful for the people God used in your life—but don’t stop there. Step into your role. Pay attention. Be willing. You don’t have to do everything… you just have to do your part. God will handle the growth.
