Wisdom

There is a difference between knowledge and godly wisdom. Knowledge fills the mind, but wisdom guides the heart. Not everything we learn or hear is beneficial, especially if it produces pride, division, or strife.

The Bible reminds us that true wisdom is revealed by the fruit it produces. If what we believe or share consistently leads to arguments, bitterness, or conflict, it’s worth asking whether we’re walking in God’s wisdom or simply relying on human understanding. God’s wisdom brings peace, humility, and love while still standing firmly on the truth.

“But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere.” — James 3:17

Today, ask yourself: Does my knowledge build others up, or does it create unnecessary strife? Seek the wisdom that comes from God—a wisdom that speaks truth with grace and leaves a legacy of peace.
