Your Season Requires a Step of Faith

You keep asking God why you are going through this season… but maybe the real question is: have you stepped through the door He already opened for you?

Sometimes we pray for change while standing still in fear, comfort, doubt, or hesitation. God may be calling you to move forward in faith, but you keep waiting for certainty before taking the step. Faith has never been about seeing the whole path — it has always been about trusting the One leading you.

There are seasons where God is not punishing you… He is positioning you. But positioning requires movement. You cannot receive what’s on the other side of obedience if you refuse to walk through the door He placed before you.

Scripture:

“Here I am! I am standing at the door and knocking. If someone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and eat with him, and he with Me.” — Revelation 3:20 (CJB)

Reflection:

Maybe the delay is not because God forgot you. Maybe He’s waiting for you to trust Him enough to move. The door may look unfamiliar, uncomfortable, or even impossible — but if God opened it, He will also sustain you through it.

Encouragement:

Stop focusing on the season and start focusing on the Savior leading you through it. Pray boldly, step faithfully, and trust completely. What God has for you may be waiting on the other side of your obedience.
